    We appreciated this quiet place and its good location. The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge in the king room was nice. Don't forget to explore Queens district.

    We stayed at your hotel because we were flying out early morning back to Australia. We had stayed at another JFK hotel when we arrived in US and found yours far superior. Had everything we needed and your staff were really helpful including the man who shuttled us at 4am in the morning to JFK airport he was great and really proffesional.Thank you very much!

    The pressure of the shower was great , the location of the hotel is near JFK airport ... its good for one night sleep but there is better hotels to go better than this hotel.

    My stay at the Fairfiled In JFK Airport was a good one. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff were helpful and efficient. The fact that there was a restaurant on site was an added bonus. The Continental breakfast was fresh every day! It was great value for the money spent!

    The staff were all very friendly - the people at the desk and restaurant welcomed me warmly. (The server in the restaurant, Anastasia, was quite caring and thorough, and actually anticipated my needs - I felt right at home.) Question 1 above: MORE than one reason for choosing the Fairfield - location, but also rate and facilities, including the in-house restaurant, which was very important! - and completely non-smoking, very important for comfort and sleep.

    I called when I arrived and the shuttle came within the time I was told. The young man (I was brain dead and did not get his name) got right out and helped with my luggage. He was very professional and very pleasant. The next morning as I exited the shuttle pulled up. It was the same young man. He assisted every passenger. He took such pride in his job with his dress and professional attitude. He really stood out. When we arrived at the terminal I noticed no one tipped him but he kept smiling and wishing everyone a safe journey and a nice day. He made me sorrry I could not offer him a job with me.

    My room was wonderful but I arrived late evening and left very early the next morning so I didn't take much in. Breakfast was self-serve but it was enough. Newspapers were available for all who wanted. My room had a view of new cars but the view was unimportant to me.

    We had a room facing the road and it was very noisy from the traffic, I understand from others that rooms not facing the road were very quiet.
